First Annual Strut for Mutts Walk - 2008

Words cannot describe the wonderful feeling we all have here at Mini Mutts after witnessing the awesome show of people and dogs participating in our first Strut for Mutts Walk. We walked in record breaking high temperatures but everyone was a trouper, especially our dogs! With over 60 walkers and almost 30 dogs, we raised over $5,000 in pledges to go towards our $7,000 vet bills accumulated over the last few months. One of our walkers walked in Michigan and raised $559 in pledges. Way to go Dale! We're working on a breakdown of monies and will post here as soon as we get it all organized for this website. In the meantime, please enjoy these pictures! A BIG THANK YOU to Sandie and Jim and Lorraine for organizing and running this event. We'll also list out our sponsors who were so generous in their donations of product, door prizes, and money. We're doing this yearly and hopefully each year will get bigger and bigger as word spreads on what a wonderful time we had.
