Yes, we visited Debonne' Vineyards in Ashtabula County on Saturday, July 26th, and found lots and lots of dogs! Debonne' hosted a "PET DAY" and had several categories for winning prizes. Peanut, our special two legged chihuahua, entered with her cart in the "Most Unique" category and WON!! We dressed up her cart with little green and light blue (couldn't find purple) balloons to make it look like she was sitting in a bunch of grapes and she was the hit of the show. Everyone stopped to ask her story so she turned into quite the little spokes person, err, I mean, dog. We're quite proud of little Peanut and hope to continue using her as our little ambassador for rescue! This will be one hard little foster dog to give up!
