The only reason Lewis ended up in rescue is because he was in the wrong pound at the wrong time. They were full and needed to put some dogs asleep to make room for new dogs. Lewis ended up on "that list" and we were called to his rescue. One look at his cute, adorable face and we couldn't say "no". Lewis came into our rescue just before Christmas so he had a warm bed and even presents to open for Christmas. Not the same as a forever family, but the foster home was 100% better than that pound. Lewis's new family found him on Petfinder and fell in love instantly! We took Lewis to meet his new family on Jan. 16th and he fit in beautifully, everyone loved him!
