Gwen was rescued from a pound that was starting to get overcrowded. When this happens, they call us to see if we have room for their little ones so they don't have to euthanize any of their dogs. Gwen was in this pound so long she was starting to get restless. Gwen needed room to run and lots of attention. Well, she got that in her foster home! After a couple months of getting used to the happy home life, Gwen's new family contacted Mini Mutts. They came to meet her and it was love at first sight. Of course Gwen had to run around and show them how much energy she had but then she settled down next to her new daddy and started loving on him. Typical "boy and his dog" scenario! The best part of this is Kyle likes to run and Gwen will be his running partner. What a way to work off some of that excess energy, huh? So, here is Gwen's homecoming to Kyle and his grandmother, everything from the ride to the house (2 hour trip) to sniffing out the new pad and munching on a chewy toy!
