ADOPTION DAYS
Click on the link below to witness the named dog's adoption day. These are the "Happy Days" of rescue. Every time we bring a new dog into our rescue, we make them this promise:
| This is the beginning of the rest of your life. You will no longer feel pain, hurt, suffering, starvation, or neglected health. You are now on the rainbow that will lead you to your pot of gold. We promise to find you your perfect "furever" home. THAT will be your pot of gold. This is our pledge and promise to you! |
Every time we adopt a dog, I repeat this promise to the dog and explain to them that this journey with their new family is the pot of gold we promised them when they arrived. Tears stream down my face, as they are now as I type this, but they're tears of happiness and joy for our baby!
