Sunday  June 6th, 2010

We Will Be Meeting at Charter One Bank, 8715 Mentor Ave (Rt 20), OH, 44060. Please mapquest/GPS for directions. Look for Mutt Wagon and balloons.   Sign-In is between 8:45am to 10:15am. Walk starts promptly at 10:30am.

We will have a 1 and 2 Mile walk - RAIN OR SHINE!

Registration fee is $20.00 per person (Fee includes a T-shirt & Lunch)

Lunch includes: Hot Dogs, Chedderwurst, Potato and Macaroni Salads, Baked Beans, Cheese Chunks, Fruit Salad, Chips, Cold Drink

We are asking a $5.00 per mile minimum for pledges. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 persons that collect the most pledges. We will also be having a door prize drawing this year!

We are accepting registrations up until the day of the walk and walk ins are welcome.

However, in order to be guaranteed a shirt, you must have your registration turned in no later than May 15, 2010.
