These pictures represent some of the dogs we've rescued that were just
moments away from death due to their poor health and condition their bodies were
in. We see so many dogs like this in rescue it brings us to tears every time.
But, with care, patience, grooming and medicated baths, these little ones turn
into beautiful dogs! We call these babies

This is a little Lhasa Apso mix when we first got him. He had major attitude because of being so uncomfortable with the matted face and body. He could hardly see anything! |

He may be skinny but he's happy to have all those matts cut off of him. Pepe can finally "breath" and walk normal! Can't wait to see how he looks in a few weeks after eating a bunch of good food. |

Check out that happy face. Pepe's got adopted despite his neglected condition. His new mom saw a beautiful dog and fell in love with him. From the looks of this picture, Pepe' fell in love with his new mom, too! |
