Oh, boy, what a character Gunner is! We have no idea why or how he ended up in the pound as he is the sweetest little thing around. However, being a Pekingese, he does tend to show a little bit of an attitude once in a while. Gunner was scheduled to be put to sleep at the same time as Fritz and was one of the six we brought home with us that day. Boy, oh boy, does Gunner love to play!! No one is a stranger to him and he loves his toys! We found a wonderful couple to adopt Gunner who has Peke knowledge and a couple other Pekes for Gunner to play with. A huge backyard and house to run around and play in, Gunner has definitely found his pot of gold at the end of the long rescue rainbow!
